The Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Jurg Walker to the Board.
Jurg joined the Board of Directors on the 20th of December 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience gained within the banking and investment industry.
Jurg has held various senior management posts within the financial sector including 20 years as proprietor and director of Asset Management companies, Senior Vice President of Swiss Bank, and 15 years as non-executive director in several Gold Mining companies, traded on the Australian stock market.
As part of the planned changes to the Board construct, Adam Caller will be stepping down from the Board.
