The Board of Directors are pleased to report in this interim statement, the progression of the SBS Technology investment along with the activates for Group.
SBS Technology Ltd is on target to complete this latest phase of work, to deliver the full integration along with the consolidation of the external rights of the international portalisation, both trading and clearance, in January 2023. This follows our recent acquisition of 100% of the Capital of PTSP2 Ltd.
This consolidation has 3 material steps, and we estimate the full program including all IPR rights, will be completed by the end of the first quarter. A full business update will follow in due course as the programme expands.
